The Research On Establishing An Index System For Evaluating Sub-venues Of ICIF In Shenzhen

Since the first session in 2004,the economic benefits and social effects of ICIF(China International Cultural Industries Fair)become more obvious.As an important part of the ICIF,the number of sub-venues keeps increasing year by year.Furthermore,more and more attention is paid to evaluating sub-venues.But there exit subjectivity about the current evaluation content.Therefore,this study attempts to explore the systematic establishment of the evaluation index system from an academic point of view.According to the literature review study and interview method,this study designs an index model for sub-venues.Then through the Delphi Expert Questionnaire survey,this study determines the composition of the index system content with selecting the important evaluation indicators project.The index system has 3 A-level indicators,11 two-level indicators and 35 three-level indicators.And after that,the weight and priority of each index is determined by the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)for each level index.In the end,this study gives the score distribution,data acquisition method and the standard of assignment for the three-level indicators.The results show that the most important A-level index in the evaluation index system is Output and social impact(0.3913),the second is Input of sub-venue(0.3478),Satisfaction and benefit of participant(0.2609).And the top four two-level index are Participant satisfaction(0.1630),Activity Scale(0.1565),Promotion(0.1096)and Participant benefits(0.0978);The top six three-level index are Real turnover(0.0671),Total cost of inputs(0.0636),Number of professional audiences(0.0540),Number of ordinary viewers(0.0486),Number of activities(0.0407),Personnel expertise(0.0352).In this paper,it can provide a reference point to the management of the sub-venue in the future.
