As China plays an increasingly important role on the global stage,China and other countries also exchange their cultures more frequently.In order to spread Chinese culture,more and more culture-loaded expressions appear in the political speech.Therefore,how to translate the culture-loaded expressions in a proper way is very important.Culture-loaded expressions have a very profound and unique cultural and historical background.Therefore,it is very hard to find equivalent words in different languages.Therefore,it sets a very high bar for interpreters.Based on a mock conference,the thesis is going to analyze how to interpret culture-loaded expressions in the political speech,choose what kind of translation strategies to cope with,and how to improve the capability to interpret culture-loaded expressions in a very proper way,such as mastering right translation strategies,accumulating cultural knowledge,and knowing well the political policies.
