Research On Class Room Teaching Management Of Chinese Class Room In USA

In recent years,with the enhancement of the comprehensive national strength,the fast development of Chinese economy,the improvement of Chinese international status,the increasing number of foreigners learning Chinese,international Chinese education has developed fast.A great number of Confucius Institutes have been set up due to the cooperation between Chinese Universities and Universities abroad,therefore,the number of the teachers teaching Chinese for foreign students has increased a lot.In order to meet the needs of development of the international Chinese teaching,the head quarter of Confucius Institute has enhanced the construction of the group of teachers teaching Chinese for foreign students.However,whether Chinese Language can be broadcast to the world successfully depends on whether the teachers teaching Chinese can be trained successfully.While,the skills of classroom management for teachers teaching Chinese for foreign students comes first.It was lucky for me to be selected as volunteer Chinese Language volunteer teacher for foreigners.Having been trained for 6 weeks in Beijing Language and Culture University,I became my career of teaching Chinese in Ladd Acres Elementary School in Portland,USA from 2014 to 2015.Because of my personal experience,I paid more attention to Confucius Classroom management in order to improve the quality of my Confucius Institute.I began to research and study classroom management of teaching Chinese for foreigner students while teaching.I collected and organized the cases happening in Confucius classroom related to Confucius classroom management by interviewing teachers teaching Chinese in Portland,USA and got to know that Confucius classroom management was their big challenge when teaching Chinese for American students.By discussing the problem and reasons of Confucius Classroom management and providing some ways to solve the problem,I would like to provide reference for success of teaching international Chinese Education.
