With the spread of Chinese throughout the world,China has established 525 Confucius institutes and 1113 Confucius classrooms in 146 countries and regions around the world.While the scale of Chinese teaching continues to expand,it is also faced with the problems of Confucius' s difficult classroom management and the lack of classroom management experience of volunteer teachers.At present,there are relatively few researches on classroom management in overseas Chinese teaching,and there are few researches on the problem behavior management of volunteer teachers.However,in practical teaching,classroom management is an important guarantee for the reasonable implementation of teaching,and the management of classroom problem behaviors accounts for a very large proportion in classroom management,which is a major challenge in Chinese teaching in Confucius classrooms.This paper,taking the classroom problem behavior of Confucius classroom IPSSAR “Esposito Ferraioli” in Naples as the research object,combines the classroom observation during teaching,present the typical classroom problem behavior is in the form of teaching cases,analyze the management ways and methods of the volunteer teachers' to these classroom problem behaviors,explore the causes of these classroom problem behaviors and reflect on them,put forward practical suggestions for volunteer teachers,administrators,and the construction of the courses for the Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages.This article is divided into five parts:The first part introduces the reasons for the topic,reviews and summarizes the related literatures from the study of classroom management and the study of classroom problem behavior by combining the intercultural communication theory,pedagogy and psychology theory,then introduces the research object and clarifies the research ideas and methods.The second part introduces the teaching situation of IPSSAR “Esposito Ferraioli”,and will observe and collate the four classes of classroom problems,such as disturbing,concealed,mild conflict and violation of the system of interest and interest,seven teaching cases,which truly reproduces the specific performance of the students' classroom problem behaviors.The third part introduces and analyzes the four parts of class classroom problem behaviors management method.The fourth part,combining the theories of pedagogy,educational psychology,classroom management and intercultural communication,from the aspects of teachers,students,managers and other aspects to thoroughly explore the deep underlying reasons behind the classroom problem behaviors,put forward suggestions to solve the different types of classroom problem behaviors,and also put forward pertinent and maneuverable suggestions on teaching and management to the volunteer teachers,the construction of the courses for Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages and Confucius classrooms.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is a summary of the study,which emphasizes the significance of the study on the classroom problem behaviors of overseas Confucius classroom and the study of the behavior management of the volunteer teachers in class.
