| The original English financial publications are always one of the most significant materials on studying Western economy.Reading this sort of publications can make readers know about the global financial news overall and objectively.It is also an important access for economic researchers.The original English financial publications own both news and study characters with timeliness and reserved altitude.With these features,it is difficult for Chinese readers to read and understand original English publications.Seeking ways to translate the writers' views and main content with the original language style is a difficulty to be solvedIn this thesis,selecting a part of the articles from Free Exchange column in 2015 The Economists as examples,the author tries to find the translating rules and methods by analyzing the article features with German functionalist translation theories,in order to help Chinese readers understand the articles easily.Through analyzing the whole text features based on the theories,the author attempts to find some techniques of translating English original financial publications.At the same time,this thesis also talks about many grammar problems in E-C translation like passive voice,inversion,addition,omission,literal and free translation.After the prior translation,the author looks into relevant financial tool books to revise the text in specialty and readability.Finally,the author concludes the questions which can not be solved so far. |
