With the development of economy,cross-border e-commerce as a new type of trade activity is rapidly developing and infiltrating into various fields of international business activities in various countries. The development of cross-border e-commerce in the GMS has important implications for strengthening trade and economic relations among member states, promoting international exchanges in the subregion, and economic and social development. At present, language barriers have become one of the major obstacles to the development of information sharing and e-commerce among countries in the subregion. It is extremely urgent to find ways to make people who have no language or communication and have a common expression and communication medium. At present,a method of using non-verbal graphic symbols for supporting communication has achieved initial success in the application of real-time communication in cross-border e-commerce.It has breakthroughs in language barriers, makes up for regional differences, and has an absolute advantage in real-time cross-border e-commerce exchanges..However,this method still cannot fully solve the problem of language barriers in cross-border e-commerce.The most important point is that in the process of using non-verbal graphic symbols to communicate, there is a phenomenon of "Inenarrable Words".For this reason, this paper proposes two non-verbal graphic symbols representation methods to solve the phenomenon of "Inenarrable Words".(1)Combining basic level category theory with relevance theory, the BLC-R expression model and expression method are proposed.Based on the research of basic level category theory and relevance theory, the BLC-R expression model was established.Based on the real-time communication language environment in the cross-border E-Commerce of the GMS,this paper proposes a research question: whether the use of the BLC-R expression model can effectively solve the “Inenarrable Words” in the non-linguistic graphic symbol exchanges of GMS cross-border e-commerce.Phenomenon,play a role in supporting exchanges?(2)Combining the theory of basic level categories with ontology,a computer intelligence expression method for non-linguistic graphic symbols is proposed. The domain knowledge ontology is established by experts in related fields, and the language module describing the ontology is embedded into the cross-border e-commerce and timely communication environment.Semantic-based information query and inference functions can be implemented, and a computer's intelligent push service can be provided according to communication scenarios when needed. Then, the BLC-R expression model is validated by the network experiment method, and it is analyzed whether the use of a plurality of associated non-linguistic graphic symbols under the support of the model can express more non-verbal graphic symbols which cannot correspond to the non-verbal graphic symbols. The "Inenarrable Words" Phenomenon Occurred in the Process of Timely Communication of Language Graphic Symbols. Finally, according to the statistical software Excel2010 and SPSS17.0,the obtained experimental data were analyzed and processed. We obtained:(1)The ability of the experimental group and the control group to perform non-verbal graphic symbols on the “hard words” before the experiment was basically the same. The success rate of communication between the two groups was 21.67% and 23.33%,respectively,which were all lower levels.(2)Communication success rate of the experimental group The success rate of the paired sample T-test after the success rate of communication between the pretest group and the experimental group was-9.350,and the corresponding p value was Sig.=0.01<0.05,reaching a significant level. The post-test of the experimental group had significant differences, and the communication method training had a significant influence on the communication effect of the experimental group.(3)The difference between the pretest and posttest of the communication success rate of the experimental group and the difference between the pretest and posttest of the communication success rate of the control group The t value of the independent sample T test corresponds to 7.276,p value Sig.=0.0001 <0.05,reaching a significant level, the difference between before and after the experimental group and the control group had significant differences. When the experimental group used non-verbal graphic symbols to express difficult words, the success rate of communication was higher than that of the control group. The experimental group could use the communication method of this article to express “Inenarrable Words”.Therefore, under the support of the BLC-R expression model, the use of existing non-verbal graphic symbols can express more things that can't be directly expressed by a single non-verbal graphic symbol. This method has greatly improved the communication success rate of people using non-verbal graphic symbols for communication, effectively solved the phenomenon of “Inenarrable Words” generated when using non-verbal graphic symbols to communicate, and better displayed non-verbal characters. The role of language graphic symbols in the timely exchange of communication has,to some extent, provided a solution to the problem of communication barriers in the GMS.
