As society is developing,the scope of economic and trade is also expanding.In Internet technology innovation and development environment E-Commerce has become the important part of economy market and trade development,and Cross-border e-Commerce trade is also gradually developing into a national economic development as a new growth point.For economic development the Internet gradually becomes important trade platform,and for cross-border e-Commerce trade platform has promoted some innovation and attention of trade improvement and important initiatives.The current cross-border e-commerce trade platform is still not perfect,because deepening in the the industry chain of e-commerce trade development can speed up the electronic trade service pace,can promote development of e-commerce service.The title of my dissertation is Research of cross border language value-added services on Russian language e-commerce platforms Aliexpress as an example.The meaning of research is for:1.research the problem of products'description and translation on Aliexpress platform;2.Analyse the advantages and disadvantages of language service on Aliexpress platform;3.Recommend the strategies of translation and language service improving.The content of dissertation research:1.The design of questionnaire about improving service in Russian language countries area;2.the characteristic of Aliexpress customers;3.the analyse of improving language service in Russian countries area;4.the strategies of improving service in Russian language countries area.The methodology of researching:1.the documents research;2.case study research,analyse the“model of service with customers" in Russian language countries;3.questionnaire research.This paper summarized the development of China's and Russia's cross-border e-commerce,specialty the development of AliExpress platform on Russian market,combed the present situation and development trend of cross-border e-commerce service platform,and researched competitiveness analysis framework.This paper discusses the development features of B2C cross border e-commerce in Russia and analyzes successful cases of any models,also discussed how the customer service staff should do their work(the scope of work)and how can assessment support the effectiveness of work(the customer service job goals).As in the cross-border e-commerce sphere how to successfully carry out the support work.China's domestic e-commerce supplier customer service and cross-border e-commerce supplier customer service have some differences,most of all because the service objects are different,for example,geographical differences,time differences,language differences,thinking differences,different customs and different faith,etc.This paper mainly through cross-border e-commerce supplier AliExpress platform as an example goes to illustrate the cross-border e-commerce supplier customer service work practices.
