With the globalization of the economy,cross-border e-commerce is a new product comes into being under the new period,which has broken the traditional trade barriers and increased transaction efficiency significantly,and its important role in the international economic competition of countries is very prominent.The author adopted two cross-border e-commerce reports that published by the Joint Research Centre of EU as the original translation materials.This report takes the two cross-border e-commerce reports of EU and its translations as the study object,and guided by Nida's Functional Equivalence Theory,which focuses on the reader's response.This theory requires the target language in a different language structure can reproduce the source text as perfect as possible.The original texts belong to informative texts,and the main objective is to convey information.The language features of original texts are formal,accurate and logic.In the process of translating,the frequent use of economic vocabulary and technical terms,complex long sentences and the settlement of cohesion and coherence are the main difficulties the author has met.The author adopted literal translation,inversion,division at the syntactic level and conjunction,substitution and conversion,ellipsis at the textual level.
