Translation Practice Report On Management System From The Perspective Of Nord's Text Analysis Model

With China's accession into WTO and ever deepening of globalization,the internalization of enterprises has been an unstoppable trend,thus it is imperative for privately-run enterprises to develop and expand.The standardization and scientification of management system are top priority and of great importance for standardized management of employees,and also represents a significant step forward for the international market.Under this background,the enterprise's management system has been an essential part of the important work.Thus,the writer is entrusted to translate the personnel and labor management regulations.This translation practice report is based on my translation task of regulations on personnel and labor management.The report is divided into four chapters.The first chapter describes translation task,including the background of translation task,text features and requirements of translation task.The second part elaborates on the whole translation process,which covers pre-preparations,work in process and modifications and processing after the initial translation.The third chapter mainly concentrates on applying translation theory---Nord's text analysis model to instruct the translation process,and take examples from the aspects of vocabulary and syntax as case analyses.The last chapter is a summary and personal review of this translation process with theoretical and practical importance.
