Research On Community Culture Construction Of Yangling Representative Area

Under the humanity context of the rapid development of urbanization,community has become an important carrier of people's life,study,entertainment and working.Community culture is the element and soul of the community.Therefore,the community culture development is vital to the healthy development of the community.In recent years,according to the macrocosm project of the state and Shaanxi province in the superstructure prospect.Yangling Demonstration Zone(hereinafter refered to as Demonstration Zone)has paid special attention to the community culture development,and has made some achievements.However,there are still some problems to be solved.The paper introduces related concepts and theoretical researches on community culture.Through the field research on the community culture development of Demonstration Zone,and the summary of domestic and foreign advanced experience of community culture development,the author propose some suggestions on how to develop the community culture better.The main ideas of this paper are as follows:First,the paper defines community culture,summarizes related researches at home and abroad.Second,it demonstrates the theoretical and practical significances of the research.Third,it investigates the current situations of community culture development in Demonstration Zone.It is found that the main problems in the development of community culture in Demonstration Zone are the lack of awareness of community culture,the lack of community culture activities,the incompleteness of supporting facilities,the short of professional community working staff,the monotony of capital source,and the short of scientific systems and plans.Forth,it summarizes the successful experience and models of community culture development at home and abroad,which can guide the community culture development in Demonstration Zone.Fifth,it gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,which include establishing the correct concept of community culture management,organizing high-quality community culture activities,improving supporting infrastructures,cultivating professional working staff,establishing the governance model of multi-agent participation,enriching the financing channels,and improving the management system to promote the community culture development.This paper can provide some references for the cultural development of other communities.
