A Study Of Borrowing Active Measure Word In Chinese By Thai Learners

One of the characteristics of modern Chinese quantifiers is the richness of the verbal quantifiers as a subordinate category of Chinese quantifiers.This is a group of words in Chinese that is used frequently,because it has a certain complexity in the combination and usage and its semantics and pragmatic usage,so for non-native Chinese learners,it is more difficult to master the grammar application of these verbal classifiers,in that Chinese learners in Thailand are no exception.In order to get a better understanding of the Thailand learning Chinese acquisition of the verbal quantifiers,this paper first uses the research results of the survey conducted.In the questionnaire,verbal quantifiers are divided into three categories:the body organ quantifiers,tool quantifiers,and lastly adjoint quantifiers.Moreover,the author used contrastive analysis of the Chinese verbal quantifiers to analysis,compare and contrast it to Thailand's expression.On this basis,this paper is design for Chinese learners in Thailand.The author constructed a study questionnaire of verbal quantifiers and its learners different stages of acquisition,summed up the types of errors and its causes,and finally,some suggestions are made for the improvement of Chinese teaching of Thailand students of Chinese language.
