Participating in part-time job becomes an important component in the students' life because of the external environment,which is higher tuition and living cost,heavier employment pressure,and psychological needs,which is that the students in adolescence want to be independent,special,fulfilled and recognized by the society and others.The students are not only learners but also worker.As people play more important roles,they will be asked to be consistent with the roles,spent more time and energy,and the conflict of different roles is more possible.To the students,the pressure of study is heavy,and most of the companies and organizations the students worked are greedy,and the students are despoiled several resources,which leads to the mutil-role conflict among many different roles when they compete time,energy and feeling.The conflict of roles will make negative effect on the students' psysiological and psychological health.In theory,discussing the relationship of the students' job and life who take part in part-time job may expand the field,enrich the content of work and out of work in Organizational Behavior.In practice,it can help the students take part in part-time job,balance work-school conflict,alleviate the students' psychological pressure,and adapt to the school and-society well.Through studying the old literature,collecting the information of interview and survey,the author thinks that work-school conflict is the conflict of roles when the students taken part-time job deal with needs and responsibility relevant to school, according to the definition of work-school conflict about the students of taking part-time job indicated by Markel.Firstly,the author analyses the data of interview individually, exhibits the status quo of the students taking part in part-time job,and then suppose the three-dimensional structure,such as the conflict of work-school based on time, work-school conflict based behavior.The author compiled Work-School Questionnaire suitable for the students,and tested the reliability and validity;the result shows that the questionnaire has better reliability and validity.At last,the author studies the influence factors about work-school conflict.This study shows that:1) By case studies,we can see that students who engaged in part-time job experience stress and conflict.This conflict brings a number of negative affect to individuals,but individuals can take some measures to relief.2) Based on previous studies and the resources from interviews,we fred that there are three dimensions of work-school conflict study,that is:time-based work-school conflict,based on the pressure-based work-school conflict,as well as behavior-based work-school conflict.This study also verified that the direction work-school conflict is only from work to school.We compiled Work-School Questionnaire suitable for the students.It has good reliability and validity.3) The study shows that work hours,job demand have significant positive affect to work-school conflict;work hours have significant positive affect to learning burnout;job control have significant positive affect to work-school conflict.Work-school conflict has good negative prediction to school satisfaction;work-school conflict have good positive prediction to learning burnout.4) Time management behavior and proactive personality moderate the role between at work hours,work demand and work-school conflict.
