The Study On Agricultural Cooperative Movement In Liaocheng Prefecture

Under the leadership of the party and the government of china,the party organizations of Liaocheng have led the masses of peasants to carry out the agricultural co-operative movement,after the new China founded.Through the agricultural co-operative movement,Liaocheng has realized the change of the private ownership of the means of production,completed the transformations from private to public and from individual economy to collective economy.The agricultural co-operative movement are necessary to transform the private ownership of the means of production and establish the socialist economy.It is also an important condition for the country to realize industrialization and modernization.Through the socialist transformation of peasant labor production,agricultural cooperative movement further to deepen the integration of the rural society,strengthen the control of the economy,body and thought for peasant,change the traditional rural society.However the agricultural co-operative movement of Liaocheng was not plain sailing.Due to the defects in the system design and the mistakes in the methods,the vitality of the rural economy was restricted by the mode of production of agricultural cooperative movement.The farmers were restricted in the land by the mode of collective production,and the development of the diversified rural economy was impeded by the simple and repetitive labor.The interests of some farmers were damaged by the way of distribution,and the development of farmers was limited too.Therefore,this mode of integration restrict the improvement of rural productivity in a certain extent and affect the development of national economy.Although agricultural co-operative movement has some drawbacks,it has the historical position of inheriting and developing,laid the foundation and provides the experience for the implementation of the household contract responsibility system.The household contract responsibility system basis on the reform of land ownership,releases the rural energy,develops the diversified rural economy,and further integrates the relationship between state and village.
