The New Relationship Of Great Powers Between China And Russia & China And USA In Geopolitical Perspectives

As the great powers are the main international actors, to a large extent, the direction of development of the international society is determined by the relationship between them. Since the end of the Cold War, especially after 2000, lots of great important changes have taken place in international society, which includes the deepening of economic globalization, the more obvious trend of world multi-polarization, the collective rising of emerging power and the relative decline of traditional great powers. and the increase of global and regional hotpot issues. Therefore, it's necessary to build new relationship of nations to deal with international affairs and do international communication, especially for great powers. It doesn't reflect the changes of the international system exactly, but only is conformity with such principles as equality and mutual respect, win-win cooperation. For two great powers to build new relationship, it doesn't only to find and maximum the common interest, but also to position the relationship between each other correctly based on their geopolitical environment. Of course, due to the difference of the strategic purpose, the political system, interest and others, the conflicts happen inevitably. To solve them, it can't do without them cooperating to inject more positive energy for developing their relationship. Sino-Russain relationship, one of the most important bilateral relationship in the world, is the model of the new relationship of great powers, whose political mutual support and mutual trust reaches to the ever high-level exchanges; Sino-U.S. relationship, the most important and complicated bilateral relationship in the world, is located at the best level to build new relationship, for closer political and economic relationship and wide broad consensus on common interest. The new relationship of great powers between China and Russia & China and USA are based on solid interest foundation, which will have significant impact on themselves and the world. Meanwhile, with the international environment changing and the self-power strengthening, the great changes have taken place in the geopolitical environment that China is confronted with. Great importance is attached to actively adjust the geopolitical strategies to response to the changes for China maintaining the security interest and developing peacefully.In the first part, the thesis starts with analyzing the historical background, connotation of the new relationship of great powers, then tries to explain its innovation in diplomatic concept and summaries its realistic and theoretical significance; in the second part, the thesis analyzes the main relationship of great powers-Sino-Russain relationship and Sino-US Relationship. This part starts with the geopolitical relationship, then analyzes the foundation, then summaries their main content and influences; Finally, based on the above analysis, the thesis makes a detailed analysis of the changes in the international environment and surroundings that China is confronted with and accordingly put forward Chinese geopolitical strategies to advocate new relationship of great powers from global level, potential threatens and long term.
