China's newly revised law on trade unions provides for the basic duty of safeguarding workers'legitimate rights and interests of trade unions. As representative of the interests of workers and trade unions rights defenders, feedback is the most immediate needs of the broad masses of workers, some degree of trade unions'rights, vulnerable groups is maintained in the enterprise, including enterprises as the main source of income workers, unemployed waiting list groups, migrant workers, etc. Trade union rights work focuses on workers'wages, rest, leave, social insurance and welfare rights. P company Union has done a lot in recent years to safeguard the interests of the broad masses of workers'jobs, formed a strong guarantee of the workers'legitimate rights, actively and steadily promoting the construction of trade union rights. But because workers'activist ideology, and practical issues such as trade union rights lack legal protection, trade union rights are also shown hard embarrassing situation. Labor relations of employers and employees for various rights dispute between increasing, urgent Chinese dream of building a harmonious society needs a stable labor relations.
