The Research Of City Integration Of New Generation Of Migrant Workers During The Process Of Urbanization

With the development of urbanization in China,city integration about new generation of migrant workers is attracting more attention by the community.Because of standing agriculture-led social structure,industry starts up late in our country.As a result,the development of urbanization is behind economy's,and it's a enormous project to shift the surplus laborers.It has influenced social and economic development.So it is significant and urgent to research city integration about new generation of migrant workers.In this paper,city integration about new generation of migrant workers has been analyzed from 4 aspects,economy,society,institution and culture.All of this study is guided by the theory of urbanization from Marxism.By analyzing survey data,influences of city integration about new generation of migrants has been researched from 4 aspects mentioned before.According to successful experiences from western developed country and developing countries,the strategy and project to solve problem of city integration about new generation of migrants have been proposed in this paper.There are six parts in paper.The first part mainly illustrated background and research significance of migrants' city integration.In addition,research ideas,innovate,paper structure and some concepts have been defined.Theoretical basis,mainly Marx urban-rural relations theory,was explained in the second part.Urban-rural distinction in Marx vision and urban-rural integration were illustrated,as well as Chinese urban-rural integration of Marxist ideas.City integration status about new generation of migrants has been researched from 4 aspects in the third part,just as economy,society,institution and culture.Lessons of success and failure from developed country and developing countries was summarized,which is about city integration during urbanization process.The way we can learn and the failure we must avoid was expounded in fifth part.Finally,strategy and project to solve problem of city integration about new generation of migrants have been proposed based on China's national conditions.
