The Investigation And Research On The Implementation Of Sports Laws In Junior High Schools In Shanxi Province

As a branch of the rules and regulations in China,sports laws have mandatory binding and legal efficiency across the country and all citizens in our country must be in accordance with and abide by the code of conduct.The specific provision about the school sports in the sports rules and regulations not only involved in schools' sports laws,but also in other sports laws and regulations.Such as there are some relevant specific provisions in National Health Regulations and other regulations.Since the central government NO.7 was issued in 2007,schools and administrative departments at all levels have paid increasing attention to the school sports laws and regulations,but there also existed kinds of problems in the specific implementations.The thesis takes junior high school in Shanxi Province as the research object,making a deep understanding of the specific conditions of the sports laws and regulations,taking the executive level as the breakthrough point,in order to improve students' physical qualities in junior high school in Shanxi Province through strengthening the regulations executive power.Taking the junior high school in Shanxi Province as the key point,based on the questionnaire about the leaders charging thesports work in 45 junior high school which were selected as the football schools,PE teachers and students,combined with the interview with some students,teachers,leaders and sports bureau department staff,this thesis analyzes and discusses the schools' cognition and implementation of sports laws and regulations.And based on the best and worst implementation in sports laws and regulations in the junior high school,this thesis aims at finding and solving the problems in the process of implementation.Based on documentary analysis,questionnaire,interview,and mathematical statistics method,this thesis makes an investigation and research on the implementation of sports laws in junior high schools in Shanxi provinceThe conclusions are as following:1.There are discrepancies in the cognition of sports laws and regulations in junior high school in Shanxi Province.2.The implementation of sports laws in junior high school in Shanxi Province is more optimistic.3.There are discrepancies in implementation of the sports laws and regulations in junior high school in Shanxi Province.The following suggestions as a result of documentary analysis,questionnaire,and interviews as below:1.Strengthen the publicity of sports laws and regulations in junior high schools in Shanxi Province to enhance their awareness of the importance of the rule of law.2.Establish and improve the supervision mechanism of sports laws and regulations,and intensify punishment of violation sports laws and regulations.3.Give a definite responsibility to the leaders and PE teachers,and ensure the smooth implementation of sports laws and regulations.
