In the 18 th Party Congress' report, it clearly puts forward to strengthen the construction of socialist ideology and morality, enhance citizens' ideological and ethical standards comprehensively and boost normalization of moral model learning activities. Through normalized moral model learning activities, it urges the public to internalize moral models' lofty spirit to their own moral trait. And then, it boosts the enhancement of social moral level and promotes the construction of socialist harmonious society. In addition, a variety of moral disorder phenomenon which have appeared in recent years makes the public lose confidence towards morality and leads“moral landslide theory” to grow and spread. Some other social problems also make a figure because of this. At present, our country's learning activities of moral models have the problems, such as: simplification, formalization, the public's insufficient enthusiasm to participate in learning activities, etc. Based on this, researching and discussing related issues of learning moral model activity normalization become quite necessary. The paper's research purpose aims to analyze existing problems and reasons of generating problems in current learning moral model activities. And then, it puts forward some countermeasures which can be referred to and boosts our country's ideological and moral education.The paper has four parts in total:Part One is introduction. It mainly sets forth research background and significance of the selected topic, summarizes research status which is related with this at home and abroad, sets forth research methods that the paper adopts and research innovation and defines some important concepts that the paper involves.Part Two sets forth theoretical origin of the paper's research. Because learning moral models is a kind of moral learning activity and it has existed since ancient times and been implemented both in China and western countries, the paper mainly arranges moral learning thought of Confucian, Mohism and Taoist in Chinese traditional culture, representative moral learning thought from ancient times to modern and contemporary age in western culture and moral learning thought of Marxist classical writers and China's generations of leading groups among Marxists. Through arranging predecessors' moral learning thought, it can provide profound theoreticalsupport for us to research and study normalization of moral model activities.Part Three mainly analyzes the necessity and importance of normalization of learning moral model activities. First, it is necessity analysis, which is also realistic basis for normalization of learning moral model activities. The research discovers that our country's social morality has problems currently. For example, moral situation is more severe in the critical period of social transformation; moral problems in special domains are prominent; parts of groups' moral deficiency is serious; learning activities are too simple, provincial, formalized in learning moral model activities;participation degree of learning activities is not high; and learning moral models don't“take heart”, and so on. Secondly, it analyzes normalization value of learning moral model activities. The paper analyzes social value of normalization of learning moral model activities in economy, politics and culture and personal value in realizing self-value, enhancing moral cultivation and realizing people's comprehensive development from two angles of macroscopic and microcosmic.Part Four is to discuss patch choice towards normalization of learning moral model activities.According to the main factors and the inherent characteristics of moral learning activities, many suggestions and countermeasures from different angles: first, to set up to adapt to the diversification of social values of the moral model, namely, to establish a diversified and multilevel moral model; second, to choose the scientific study and publicize the moral model, namely to reasonable moral propaganda model, active and innovative study and publicize the moral model activities; thirdly, to develop the individual learning model of morality moral consciousness, to actively improve the individual moral psychological mechanism in the creation of external conditions, the basis of good self moral cultivation in order to achieve the unity of knowledge and practice; fourthly, to establish and improve the motivation mechanism of moral models, including the selection mechanism, the moral model of learning moral model of the legal protection mechanism and moral repayment mechanism.
