Measurement And Influence Factors Analysis Of The Enterprise Normalization Levels

Normalization is one of the important issues in the management theories field, a large quantity of research verify that the normalization, institutional and the standardization is a step which can't be outsteped, and is a weak aspect for the large enterprise's management. This research raises two important questions: the first is how we can measure the normalization level of a firm. And the second one, which way is most best for our study on the factor which have an effect on the. normalization. Text considered the traditional way is limited in which we measure the enterprise normalization level. We calculated the quantity of the institution documents to measure the enterprise normalization level in the traditional way. The limitation is the quantity of institution documents can't be the accurate reflection of enterprise normalization level, There are a lots of institution documents in the enterprise, but they're not be maked good use of. Organization dimensions include the structure dimensions and the contextual dimensions.structure dimensions is used for the description on inside characters. Including the normalization variant.the contextual dimensions which influence the structure dimensions is used for the description on organizational settings. It includes five variants: enterprise strategy > size^ technique> environment and the culture. This text attempts to find the better way in which dimensions influence the enterprise's normalization level.
