| In the process of building new urbanization with Chinese characteristics,in order to meet the diverse needs of people’s material and cultural needs,innovating social governance,has become an important breakthrough in the transformation of the government.College volunteers,as the most active factor of the volunteer service,have a unique advantage of promoting the rural governance of participating in rural community governance,improving the government service at the grass-roots level,promoting the innovation of rural community governance.With the advancement of China’s comprehensive deepening of the rule of law, new requirements have been put forward for voluntary organizations of the college students,participating in rural community governance.Based on the theory of civil society,integrated use of governance theory and new public service theory knowledge, this paper mainly studies the participation of college volunteers in the rural community governance,under the background of grass-roots social management innovation,we preliminary inquiry that the necessity and feasibility of participation of voluntary organizations of college students. Taking college students’ community studio of Zhejiang ocean university as an example, using the methods of questionnaire, depth interview and case study, this paper focuses on the description of participation and service level of the community studio in rural community governance.The results show that,voluntary organizations of college students to participate in rural community governance,whether in the aspects of voluntary service, or voluntary organizations,need improve and perfect,while the government also need create more relaxed space and the rule of law for voluntary organizations of college students.There are two innovations:First, based on commercial organization operation mode,build perfect management responsibility system of voluntary organizations of college students; Second,combined with deepening administrative system reform, establish equal cooperation system platform between government and voluntary organizations of college students. |
