As an important part of the market economy, advertising activity has a direct impact on the normal order of the economic market. In today's market economy, the market operators are paying more attention to the quality of the products, and have paid more and more attention to the shape of the corporate culture and brand image. And advertising industry itself has very strong promoting effect, of for the transfer of large amounts of information in the process of enterprise development and consumer consumption patterns have important influence to the society, advertising industry has gradually become a connecting link and bridge of consumers and products manufacturing enterprises. Hohhot city as the capital of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, in recent years, the rapid economic development, the level of urban modernization continues to improve, more prominent in the second tier cities in the country. Advertising industry in Hohhot city also borrows ride with the high-speed development of the economy, the rapid development, Hohhot City,the existing of the advertising business unit at present 4848, practitioners x37027.The author as Hohhot City, the advertising supervision frontline staff,years of experience in the advertising supervision and of Hohhot advertising characteristics and problems have in-depth understanding. The healthy development of the advertising industry of Hohhot city economic development has a huge role in the promotion. Therefore, the study of the Hohhot City advertising regulation highlights the problems, and find the corresponding countermeasures, purifying the advertising market order, to ensure the healthy development of the advertising industry in Hohhot City,has a practical significance to promote the economic development of Hohhot city. This paper is divided into four parts, the first part of the main content ofthis paper research background, research significance and so on. The second part is the introduction of several concepts and the current situation of domestic and foreign advertising supervision, and made a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign advertising regulation. In the third part, the first comprehensive overview of Hohhot City advertising industry status and supervision of the status quo of and Hohhot City, the development of the advertising industry started relatively late, but development momentum of rapid, in recent years, advertising revenue every year to keep up, the business sector as a major sector of the regulation of advertising on advertising for routine monitoring and supervision management, and penalties for illegal ads is currently established a relatively perfect mechanism of advertisement supervision and management.
