Research On Beijing Policing Reform Of Direct Police Station

In recent years,with the acceleration of economic and the rapid development of urban construction,a large number of floating population squeezed to the fixed area,worsened environment of public security.Security problems have become increasingly prominent,brought new problems to the comprehensive management of urban community and new challenges to capital public security work.The police station,as the most basic level of the public security organs,is responsible for the sacred mission of maintaining the comprehensive management of social security.In order to improve the work of police stations,solve the problem of public security management,the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau selected 13 key areas and found 13 police stations directly under control of the Municipal Public Security Bureau on September 2014.Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau of the police reform aims at through identifying directly under the function of the police station location,reducing layers of management and innovation management mode,thoroughly improve the police work efficiency,strengthen the quality of the team and enhance the people's sense of security and satisfaction to the public security work.However,the reform process is not plain sailing.At present,the police station directly under the police reform also has a series of problems of the system and mechanism.Analysis from the public management perspective,summarize the effectiveness and weakness of this reform,put forward the policy recommendations.
