The Research Of Deepen Policing Reform Measure Of Dalian H Police Station

With the continuous deepening of China’s reform and opening up,the economy has developed rapidly.The superstructure determined by the economic foundation,including the people’s awareness of the law,the construction of a society under the rule of law,and the changes in social governance brought about by urbanization,are all profoundly affecting the public security situation of our country’s grassroots communities,which requires the grassroots public security organs to make positive changes to this situation.At present,there are still some problems in Dalian’s grassroots public security governance,such as the shortage of police force structure,insufficient law enforcement accuracy,and the difficulty of sinking effective police information.Facing the new era and new environment,Dalian’s grassroots public security organs urgently need to develop a strategy that is good at the integration of the police and the masses in the community and the precision of law enforcement.This article takes the Dalian Public Security Bureau H police station as the research object,and through the literature analysis method draws on the experience of foreign grassroots public security governance and the research results of domestic experts and scholars.Through the case analysis method,the current H police station is analyzed and summarized,and it is believed that H police station has made certain achievements in the three-dimensional security prevention and control.Through field visits,questionnaires and in-depth interviews and other research methods,it is believed that there are still problems in community police and civilian integration,and law enforcement precision in the current H police station.Through summary research data,in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems and combining the work experience and useful practices of the police in the H police station,Actively explore the deepening reform plan of the basic-level police station’s organizational structure reform,optimizing precise law enforcement,and strengthening intelligence circulation,and demonstrate the feasibility of the plan.In the reform of “two teams and one room”,the mechanism of “six enters into the community” and the mechanism of co-creation of safety were put forward,which normalized and fixed the connection between the police and the people in the system.Under the guidance of the theory of comprehensive management of social security,the joint police and the people were further proposed.Police reform is a constantly new research,because public security organs shoulder the major responsibility of maintaining social order and stability,and they must require police work models to closely follow the development of social situations at home and abroad.In the new era,the social security situation in Dalian is also undergoing profound changes.This research can help relevant departments in Dalian to understand the development status and needs of the grassroots public security organs,and provide a reference for promoting police stations to better serve economic and social development.It has important reality significance.
