Study On The Reform Of Police Station Policing

Police station as an important part of political power at the grass-roots level in China,and community and village should be relative, and the roots of the people has direct contactwith each other, with the maintenance of social security, the maintenance of public order, tosafeguard the people live and work in peace functions. Therefore, the public security organpolice station as the most grass-roots agency, always perseveres in the maintenance of socialharmony and stability of the first-line, maintaining social stability is impassable in the firstline of defense. At the same time, police station is also linked with the masses of the peopleand an important window. The success of the whole public security work directly from thepolice station work is good or bad decision.By learning the lessons from domestic and international policing reform advancedexperience, exploration gives to belong to our country police service reform experience, behelpful for our country police station work, to actively respond to our country currentdynamic security environment, but also conducive to strengthening social control andmanagement, the construction of a harmonious society in China plays a positive role insafeguarding. In this paper, the author based on the review and study of China’s police stationpolicing reform process, the police sent the nature, content, status, to the recent Henan PublicSecurity Bureau police station cancel set up as the study case, based on the work of policestation in the thinking of the current situation and making an analysis, the child is father of theman, the positive analysis of China’s current system of police station of existing problems,putting forward the effective improvement countermeasure, in order to provide a modest pointfor the local police station police service reform and innovation.
