The sanction against students' violation system in universities plays an important role in student management system of Chinese university. It is significant in norms within the management of colleges and ensuring the students' legitimate rights and interests. For the past few years, many administrative contentious cases appear as a result of disputes among the universities' punishment rules to disobedient students. On the one hand, with building the socialist country of rule by law in China,the students improvement of the conception of the rights protection is gradually raise.On the other hand, there are still many deficiencies in the sanction against students' violation system in universities.
