Research On The Spouse Plight Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

Many of the new generation of migrant workers in the context of the urbanization process accelerated,away from the countryside,to live in cities,and plays an important role in the construction of urban economy.New generation of migrant workers in the aspect of knowledge level,ideological concept,farming experience is different from the older generation peasant workers,they hope to like the city,the city life and settle down.In reality,however,new generation of migrant workers in urban structure basically at the edge of the society,their weak position of the new generation of migrant workers--have also been affected,forming a mate.Types are classified in this paper,the mating,mainly summarized as the emotional,economic and institutional mating.Based on literature analysis and questionnaire,this paper through issuing questionnaires to 201 unmarried Cenozoic migrant workers,and selected 10 cases do interviews,data from the questionnaire and the interview data,found the new generation of migrant workers emotional mate choice dilemmas in mate selection concept and large difference of reality,mating range is narrow,lack of emotional connection;The mating of economy plight in mating heavy economic burden,economic capital and city residents difference;Institutional mating problems mainly in the unfair of urban and rural household registration system,imperfect social security system.For each,from macroscopic to microscopic analysis reason for difficulties in emotional marriage plight reasons mainly include the lack of good mate spouse-selection view environment,traditional and modern spouse-selection view of contradiction,professional nature and the influence of the self;Economic mating mainly caused trouble dating high cost,low income level;Institutional mating plight reasons mainly include imperfect system design,weak consciousness of laws and regulations.Finally,from the perspective of the government,enterprises and individuals to each mating problems put forward the corresponding countermeasures,at the same time in the countermeasure analysis case,group social work methods.Countermeasures are: strengthen the propaganda and education,reverse mating idea;Fellowship activities,expanding the scope of the mating;Reduce working hours,time distribution;Improve their professional skills,enhance the level of income;Improve the living environment,improve the quality of life;Reform the household registration system,identity boundary;Improve the social security and enjoy equal rights.
