As the rapid development of information technology,the revolution information and social has changed the traditional way of life.Among these,Internet brings the huge driving force which has gradually pierce into many fields of the financial market system.Representatives such as the Third Party Payment,P2 P Loans,Public Financing and other financial business grow rapidly,which provide convenient services for financial consumer while also lead to protection difficulty of the consumer rights since 2013.Now that the internet financial has the typical characteristics such as the acrossmarket,cross-industry,without borders,the various product types and faster innovation,internet financial consumer can seek for the resource to anywhere at any anytime and.Financial services are more direct and consumer concentration is more extensive,under this circumstance where the transaction information is asymmetry,the status is unequal,capital security deposit and personal privacy is easy to leak,thus the urgency and necessity of strengthening the financial consumer rights protection is highlighted.As internet finance is a new kind of mode,its speed of development,strong innovationess and lacking for revision of the relevant legislation and law,which lead to present lag of protection of consumers' rights in internet finance legal system and because of lacking for relative laws and regulations,the legal framework needs to be improved and in need of the judicial relief,so strengthening internet finance consumer's rights protection and research related legal system,which provide a solid legal basis and safeguard to the realization of the Internet financial consumer rights and realization to promote the process of governing the country according to law.Foreign internet finance consumers' rights protection legal system and supervision system has a certain reference value to strengthen the financial consumers' s rightss protection system in the internet of our country,which can actively learn foreign legal system,supervision system and dispute resolution system on the internet for financial consumers' rights protection law system.Based on drawing lessons from foreign experience,we should improve the financial consumers' rights protection law mechanism from two aspects : on the one hand,actively establish a legal system,supervision system and the judicial system,which matched with our current financial environment of Internet financial legal system to ensure the financial consumers can acquire law and system support.On the other hand,it's suggest that we should strengthen industry self-discipline and improving financial risk education of the internet financial consumers on the basis of making the related system healthy and perfect.
