At present, with the reform of continuously thorough, especially the reform of the "supply side" in the new century, to speed up the transformation economic development way, followed by social and economic conflict of interest is increasingly apparent. Innovation of social governance is put forward, and appropriately respond to the interests of social contradictions and conflicts, and steadily push forward the sustainable development of society and economy. Innovation of social management way, the most important thing is how to improve and strengthen the management of people and the service level, management and service work. Trade unions are the main social and political organizations, is an important link of the party and worker masses and link, active participation in the process of innovation of social governance, as actively, is necessary for the situation, the hope of the masses, is also the era have entrusted to trade union organizations of responsibility and mission.Based on the theory of the trade union of socialism with Chinese characteristics, governance and good governance theory, new public service theory, corporatism theory as the foundation, according to the trade union organization’s own orientation, function, social status, the nature of the organization, etc., of the meaning of trade union organizations to participate in social governance innovation and advantages were analyzed, and the analysis of the trade union organizations under the new situation as a representative of the important people’s organizations and organize all the worker masses to participate in the inevitability and necessity of the innovation of social management. In the analysis of trade union organizations to participate in social governance at home and abroad for reference, on the basis of working practice, analysis some inspirations. Through questionnaire, focus on analysis of dalian trade unions to participate in the innovation current situation, main problems and the cause of the absence of social governance, explore the way of trade union organizations to participate in social governance innovation are put forward. The purpose is to better use and trade unions play a good role, promote the social innovation in governance, promote economic development and social harmony and stability.
