Research On Income Situation Of Community Workers In Urumuqi City

Community workers should not only provide various convenient services to the public, is a m aintenance social stability important team in urumqi. Ef fectively strengthen the strength of community construction, the key is to improve the income of community workers, to maintain the stability of the team, to improve their job satisfaction, which is related to the overall situation of social st ability in Xinjiang. In other words, the community workers’ income is r elated to th e stability of the co mmunity team, the stabil ity of the community group is related to the developm ent of basic stab ility work, which is related to the security and stability of Xinjiang city as the capital of Urumqi. Stable look at the team, the team look at income, which has reached a common consensus in the community.This thesis paper focus on the investigation and research of social community workers from six communities under the leadership of Nanhunan Road and Liudaowan Street Offices in Shuimogou community of Urumuqi and unders tands their current incom e situation and existing problems. At the moment, there are following problems existed among community workers: first, overall income criteria are low, which dampen enthusiasm for work; second, unidentified occupation and low social recognition, last, inadequate social security and high talents loss rate.This paper proposes measures and suggestions for improvement of social workers based on above listed problem s. First, for governm ent, it should improve related social security system, increase financial inves tment and im plement working m echanism of allocatin g money to community in an ef ficient way. Second, community creates harmonious working environment, establishes and improve evaluation assessment system, intensifies training for community workers and create platform for their promotions. Last, community workers also need to stre ngthen their self-learning ability works hard to i mprove professionalism and increases identity to own occupations. Th e implementation of above m easures and suggestions can not only im prove working situation of community workers, im prove their social status, m ake innovations for their working m ethod, improve their social security system and improve their promotion mechanism, but also change the recognition of public to their occupations. Moreover, it adapts to the m odern development and harmonious community construction of Urumuqi city and provide realistic basis to government.
