| The Cooperation Mode of the Community,Social Organizations and Social Workers(CMCOW)is a new social governance model,which means using community as the working platform,social organizations as the starting point,and social workers as the carrier.The main actors in the it include: residents,various autonomous organizations and social organizations or other organizations assigned to the region.Residents are the core force of community governance and the core service object.It's also the fundamental purpose of carrying out innovative social governance.Through the study of the related academic journals and papers in China,and the investigation in pilot community,It is learned that CMCOW in Taiyuan is currently a government-led activity,various works are basically carried out around the government.With the continuous progress of society,many social problems present differently during the social development.The existence of these problems leads to a surge in social contradictions.In order to solve these growing social contradictions,the Communist Party of China put forward:"To improve the level of social governance,to build a new way of social governance,and comprehensively promote the safe and stable construction of Chinese society so as to achieve the situation in which people live and work in peace and the society is stable.”In the survey of the current situation of CMCOW in Taiyuan,a clear understanding of the problems existing in the development of it was formed.Problems are found and suggestions were made.According to the analysis,the society urgently needs to adjust the social governance mode,and needs a reasonable,effective and sustainable way of social governance.The CMCOW is such a meet to the current environment.It integrates all kinds of social resources and forms a virtuous way of social governance.It is effective in integrating all kinds of social resources,and the formation of a virtuous way of social governance. |
