Marx’s social development theory is rich in content, has always been the focus of attention for the academic circles, in different time, space and different needs, people can dig out the profound connotation and value significance. The paper selects Marx ’theory of social development of China and India were in-depth interpretation, because both China and India are located in Asia, is the world’s two most populous developing countries, has a long history and splendid ancient civilization, in the modern common experiences of colonial rule, after national liberation and national independence, to the path of modernization development.Paper mainly adopts literature analysis, historical review and comparative analysis of research methods, from Marx about China and India, the classical literature of combined with the reality of China and India in modern development and complete interpretation of Marx ’theory of social development for China and India. First of all, to clarify the Marx’ theory of social development of China and India to modern China and India "Asiatic mode of production", the feudal autocratic system, the village system characteristics analysis, based on the basic principle of historical materialism, in-depth analysis of the invasion of colonialism brought to China and India grave disaster and the colonies against the aggression of the national war. Secondly, from the perspective of the historical reality of the modern development of China and India, on the one hand by the Colonial Invasion, industrialized countries in the beginning and play an important role in the social development is based on the social development of China and India common analysis; on the other hand, from the pattern of economic development.
