In recent years, due to natural and human factors, the grassland ecological environment is deteriorating, frequent natural disasters, Productivity continued to decline, area is also decreasing. How to coordinate the relationship between development economic and grassland ecological environment which has become the most important issue of economic development economic in Inner Mongolia.
