Study On The Government Leading The Public Joining In Natural Disaster Relief

Content: At present, our country is at the frequent period of natural disasrers. Natural disasters will bring many damages.Including natural security,economic security, political stability and normal social order. This paper pointed out analytically that it will not be easy to deal with natural disasters until our government makes the management system of natural disasters perfect.Although the current management system of natural disasters plays an important part in prevernting disasters,reduciry disasters,protecting national property and the health and safery of people's lives,the part the government plays is limited.Therefore,with the help of both the public and the government,we can make natural disasters bring fewer influences.How to lead the public to join in natural disasters relief is not only an important theorentical issue,but also an unavoidable reality problem.There're lots of problems in leading the public to join in natural disasters relief,The reasons are from two aspects,that is,the government itself and the pubic itself.This paper analyses and summarices the problems and reasons of the public joining in natural disasters relief,at the same time,this paper draws lessongs from successful experienc of foreign countries.Then,it combines China's national conditions with Wenzhou's civic conditions.At last,it cones up with some specific ways.In a word,with the continuous growth of our country's civil society,the level of the public joining in natural disasters has been improved,the awareness has been more strengthened.The government should lead them actively.
