Research On The Realization Of Urban And Rural Residents Health Equality Of Public Policy

Since China's reform and opening up,its quick development has aroused worldwide attention.But the goal that achieving the health equality between urban and rural residents in China has not been effectively realized.The public policy to improve the health inequality of urban and rural residents is very important,because the purpose of public policy is not just to safeguard the public interest,at the same time,it regards adjusting and allocating public resources reasonably as the most basic goal.The reason of health inequality between urban and rural residents unfair and public interests of urban and rural residents hasn't been effective maintained is that irrational allocation of public resources.So this article studying on health equality between urban and rural residents in China on the perspective of public policy,with Marxist equality view,Marxist policy theory construction of precondition as the premise and foundation of research,according to the research of relevant data analysis in our country at the present stage of the development of the national economy status,from education,income distribution,regional development,health care,life style and environment angle to study the problems of public policy on urban and rural residents health inequality.Studying of Chinese urban and rural residents health status distribution with average life expectancy,population mortality,neonatal mortality rate,infant mortality,under 5 years old children mortality and maternal mortality rate,as well as urban residents and rural residents specific reasons causing mortality data,health expenditure data,supplemented by our country in recent years Chinese urban and rural per capita GDP,education level of the residents of residents' income per capita,part of the province of sampling survey data for empirical research.Finally,I put forward to build a balanced and equal education policy,reconstruct reasonable income distribution policy,improve comprehensive and equitable health care policy and construct harmonious and friendly environmental policy to achieve urban and rural residents health and equal public policy measures.
