Regional Comparative Research Of E-government Information Resources Value Realization

With the development of e-government and information technology,government information resource bears an important responsibility for the economic development and social progress, which has become the strategic resource of the state. More and more attention has been attracted to its development and utilization while the basic objective for the development and utilization of government information resource is to realize its value. The realization of the value of government information resource is not only beneficial for the improvement of the working efficiency and decision-making level of the government, but also plays a positive role in promoting the strategic adjustment of national economic structure, optimizing the allocation of resources, and strengthening the economic growth and comprehensive development of the society. Taking the realization of the value of government information resource as a breakthrough point, this paper firstly defines the government information resource and its value on the basis of literature and documents so as to explicit the relevant research object. Secondly, it analyzes the mechanism and influence factors for realizing the value of government information resource, which lays a solid theoretical basis for the empirical research.And then, from the aspect of environment, users and information, it carries out empirical research on the city cluster of Beibuwan and Changzhutan, conducting analysis by comparing the characteristics and rules, and advantages and disadvantages of these two regions in the achievement of its values of government information resource. Finally,on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the realization level of regional government information resource so as to provide references for the Beibuwan region, Changzhutan region and other regions of our country.
