Research On Anti Terrorism Strategy In The Era Of Big Data

Nowadays, the situation of the anti-terrorism in China becomes grimmer. The Golden Water Bridge incident in Tian'anmen Square, the Kunming 301 vicious terrorist attack and the terrorist incident at the railway station in Guangzhou had adverse impacts, which mark the unprecedented pressure on China's counter-terrorism. This thesis does the research about the strategy of China's counter-terrorism according to the characteristics of the era of big data by adopting the methods of the comparative analysis, the empirical analysis, and literature research.This thesis explores the connections between big data and counterterrorism, including big data promotes the construction of the anti-terrorism platform, counter-terrorism must rely on applications of big data, counter-terrorism in big data has philosophical theory basis. The third part is about the improvement of counterterrorism strategy the era of big data, including establishing the interactive relationship between the big data collection and anti-terrorism, strengthening the coordination of big data and police, paying attention to the retaining and cultivating talents of big data, intensifying the international cooperation in anti-terrorism of big data.Utilizing the high-tech products of big data, such as the cloud computing, Sky net, GPS and 4G-intelligent system, it implements the modernization, intelligence, process and visualization of policing tasks effectively to combine big data with anti-terrorism better. It also can enhance the predictability and the effectiveness, and provide the theoretical support for the anti-terrorism strategy that is beneficial to our counter-terrorism.
