A Study On Team Construction Of Community Correction

The establishment of the community correction system, which is a kind of penal reform based on humanitarian spirit, reflects the trend of light punishment and socialization era of penal execution. Community correction, as a non-confinement penalty execution type, it played an important role in strengthening the punishment efficiency, reducing the execution cost, avoiding cross infection and termers personality formation of prison socialization, as well as its decisive role in the forming community correction work team since it had been promoted roundly in our country.A work cannot carry out effectively without the construction of the work team. At present, the construction of the community correction mode and management evaluation system was still in its infancy and needing constantly explore in practice and improvement, therefore, the research of construction of community correction was of far-reaching significance to improve the level of community correction, stimulate the enthusiasm of the community correction work, and improve the work efficiency of community correction law enforcement and standardization level. However, with the continuous development of economic society, the gradually increase of community inmates, and the large demand for community correction workers as well as more high-quality requirements, the problems and the insufficiency of community correction construction had been more and more obvious.In this paper, based on the theory of human resource development and public governance, the X county of Sichuan province was taken as a case analysis. The full text was divided into five parts. The first part took an overview of the research status of domestic and abroad and the author's research ideas and methods on the basis of the research background and significance of the construction of community correction work team. The main content of the second part is to define the study object, the core concepts, and explain the basic theory involved. In the third part, the community correction team was divided into law enforcement team and support team, and general information of the community correction team construction of the X county of Sichuan province was analyzed, including education, educational background, work experience, age structure, and origin of student, respectively. The main purpose of the fourth part was to find out the main problems existing in the construction of X county community correction team and deep analysis of the cause of the problems. On the basis of above analysis, combined with relatively complete experience mode at home and abroad, as well as the practical situation of X county, in the fifth part, the author puts forward suggestions to improve the construction of the community correction team of X county, that is, on one hand, to explore the potential of law enforcement personnel, and on the other hand, to give full play to the social strength to join in.
