Community Correction Procession Construction Research

Since our country carried it in an all-round way, community correction has played a big role in avoiding the formation of personality of prisoners in prison, reducing the cost of penalty execution, and has made some significant achievements. In fact, the team construction of community correction plays a very important role in the work of community correction. With the development of community correction, our country is very strong demand for community correctional personnel, and the quality of community correctional personnel are increasingly arise, at the same time, there exists a lot of problems in the team constrction of community correction. Therefore, this research intends to make a survey and analysis on such problems as the lack of community correctional personnel, poor quality of these personnel, and the difficulty of expense guarantee, meanwhile, this research attempts to make a difference in the perfection of team construction of community correction, the selection of community correctional personnel, the cultivation of them. Finally, for laying a solid foundation of the work of community correction, there must be a strong team with relatively high political and professional qualities.This paper constitutes four parts:Part I:Introduction of the background of the formation of community correction. Beyond that, this part not only introduces the significance and role of this study, but also the main content of this paper.Part II:Introduction of the basic information of community correction in our country, including the reality of the community correctional team, the problems in the team construction of community correction, and the cause analysis of such problems.Part Ⅲ:Introduction of the situation of foreign team construction of community correction, including the information of American community correction, British community correction and Japanese community correction.Part Ⅳ:Introduction of the specific measures for team construction of community correction, including the perfection of the system, the selection of community correctional personnel, the cultivation of professionals of community correction and the support of the social force.
