Village Autonomy Under The Leadership Of The Village Party Organizations

The villager autonomy system in contemporary China's rural areas is a new type of grass-roots democracy in the rural economic system reform, which is an important achievement of the reform of rural political system and the construction of democratic politics. With the continuous development of rural economy and society, the rural grass-roots democracy has been further developed and improved with the villager autonomy as the main content. In rural areas, with democratic election, democratic decision-making, democratic management, democratic supervision as the main content of the villagers' autonomy in the promotion of rural economic and social development, to maintain the village harmonious and stable aspect has made great achievements. But in practice, there are still some problems in strengthening the party's leadership, realizing the "four democracy" and so on. The villager autonomy, the relevant theories and research results at home and abroad, this article of analysis of the primary Party organizations in the villager autonomy in the role as the core of leadership, and Rencheng District Rural Areas in Jining City as an example of empirical research. Rencheng District Rural Party organization under the leadership of the villagers autonomous status, achievements and in the presence of the "four democracy" problems are investigated, and has carried on the analysis to the related reasons. Then according to the actual situation of Rencheng District Rural, from strengthening the construction of grass-roots party organizations, improve village Party organizations fighting capacity and service the crowd of villagers, adhere to and play the role as the core of leadership in the village Party organization; strengthen village level autonomy organization construction and team construction, protection of the "four democracy"; to improve the style of leadership, rationalize the relationship between the parties, strengthen the mechanism construction of villager autonomy; optimization of the rural environment etc. the related countermeasures and measures were put forward.
