A Study On The Role Of Rural Grass-roots Party Organizations In Villagers' Autonomy

The typical form of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics in rural areas is the villagers' autonomy.Villagers' autonomy is a kind of practice of socialist democracy.From the aspect of the practice of socialist democracy,The rural grassroots party organizations can have their own significance only under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.It can be seen as the fortresses in the rural areas,so we have to strengthen the role of rural grassroots party organizations in order to solve the existing problems in villager autonomy fundamentally,finally to ensure the smooth operation of the villagers' autonomy.This paper mainly consists of four chapters.The main content is divided into the following four points:The first chapter is the introduction,and this chapter mainly explains the major methods of this research purpose.The second chapter gives an overview of the rural grass-roots party organizations and villagers' autonomy.Through an overview of the rural grassroots party organizations and villagers' autonomy,I explain that the villagers' autonomy in our country can not be divorced from the rural grassroots party organizations to strengthen the leadership,the smooth operation of the villagers' autonomy only depends on the role of rural grassroots party organizations.The third chapter is about the existing problems and the reasons of the rural grassroots party organizations in the villagers' autonomy and the explanation of the role played at present by our country's rural grassroots party organizations in the villagers' autonomy and the present situation of the rural grass-roots party organizations in our country.The measures to strengthen the role of grass-roots party organizations played in villagers' autonomy will be introduced in the fourth chapter,this chapter mainly analyzes the specific suggestions to enhance the role of grass-roots party organizations of villager autonomy in our country,There is also the function of grass-roots party organizations,institutional mechanisms and other social organizations as well as the construction of grass-roots party organizations to provide practical and feasible countermeasures in order to strengthen the rural grassroots party organizations in the role of villagers' autonomy,ensuring the core leadership of grass-roots party organization.The relationship between the rural grassroots party organizations and the villagers' autonomy has a direct impact on the stability of the rural society.Only by strengthening and deepening the relationship can we reflect the role of the grass-roots party organizations.The construction of the villagers' autonomy whether is good or bad,directly related to the stability of the vast rural areas,and related to the interests of the majority of farmers.The Communist Party has been able to obtain the most support of the broad masses of Chinese peasants,because the Communist Party China represents the development of the advanced productive forces.Chinese represents the orientation of advanced culture,represents the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people's China.The basic level of party organization is the center of the party's work at the grassroots level,and is most closely related to the countryside.The operation of villager autonomy in our country can not be separated from the construction and development of the basic level party organization,which can not be separated from the realization of the basic party organization.
