This paper takes the Lucheng District of Wenzhou city as a case to carry out research and analysis. Wenzhou, as a coastal city with an earlier reform and opening up of the whole country, its representative economic development model has made its rapid development into a modern commercial port city with prosperous economy and civilization. To further promote the standardization of community building, for the further harmonious and stable development of Wenzhou economic and social development, and even more of its special significance.
