Research On The Mechanism Of College Volunteer Service Alliance

University volunteer service plays an essential role in Chinese youth volunteer activities. According to an uncompleted statistic, more than two thousand universities have been built the youth volunteer organizations all over the country, over 70 percent of students in the university are willing to take part in the service project. The development of college volunteer service alliance depends on school volunteer service internal expansion and the new stage of external connection cooperation. In order to follow the development trend of volunteer organization from “fission” to “cooperation” and “league” and aim to resource sharing, complementary advantages, positive interaction and group development. It is a new generated type of cooperation mechanism in the voluntary service system of university to achieve the improvement of systematization,theme and branding. This paper is mainly divided into five parts.Part one is about the introduction. Start from the background, purpose and significance of research, this paper introduces the research situation at home and abroad, put forward in this paper, we study the ideas, methods and innovations. The second part is the theoretical basis of university volunteer alliance. Through related concept of volunteer service in colleges and universities, analyzes on the relationship between the cooperation and alliance, first and then put forward the voluntary service from cooperation to the alliance. Then the Marxism to voluntary service involved in colleges and universities related theory, strategic alliance theory, triple helix theory, and the theory of social responsibility theory are introduced and reviewed in this paper. The third part of the historical evo lution of volunteer service for colleges and universities alliance and the analysis of the status quo, First reference to related literature of volunteer service date will be divided into sprout early stage development of college voluntary services association, fission formation stage, cooperation development stage and perfect stage. Then in the development of voluntary service in colleges and universities to the cooperation of universities and local government, universities and non-governmental organizatio ns, the present situation of the university and college one by one, finally leads to the volunteer service cooperation and alliance mechanism analysis of the pros and cons of volunteer service for colleges and universities alliance mechanism put forward the framework of groundwork. The fourth part is the study of the paper emphasis, from the access mechanism, operation mechanism, talent cultivation mechanism, cooperation linkage mechanism, evaluation mechanism five aspects to build college volunteer league overall framework. The fifth part is the summary of the thesis and the future research expectation.Scientific university volunteer league mechanism is the development of win- win cooperation concept of innovation and practice. Perfect college volunteer lea gue mechanism will implement the university and local governments, non-governmental organizations and other colleges and universities of complementary advantages, resource coordination sharing to realize the entire development of volunteers, improving the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities. O n the other hand the improvement of volunteers will level up the student abilities.
