Research On Incentive Mechanism Of Student Volunteer Service In Private Colleges In Fujian

Motivation is the greatest management principle,and volunteer services need to build incentives.Young college students are the main force of volunteer service in our country,and colleges and universities are the main positions to implement voluntary service education.Compared with public colleges,private colleges and universities because of school funding without government support and funding,funds shortage,mainly focusing on the leadership of the college enrollment and the stability of colleges and universities,in order to save costs,private universities generally very strict control of expenditure,in order to reduce the cost of running schools,which leads to the scarcity of personnel in Colleges and universities and busy,the youth volunteer service work is the absence and lack of guidance for.Therefore,compared with the public colleges and universities,the level of volunteer service in private colleges is more outdated,students have lower participation frequency and less participation time.In this paper,the incentive mechanism of volunteer service in private colleges in Fujian Province as the research focus,through the questionnaires and interviews,combined with the literature,analysis of the existing private colleges in Fujian province volunteer service incentive mechanism problems,and these problems were attributed to,finally proposed that some suggestions to optimize the incentive mechanism of volunteer service:one is to the cultivation of College Students'self motivation;two is the volunteer agencies should improve organization incentive mechanism;three is the government to establish policy incentive mechanism;four is to provide social assistance incentive mechanism;five private universities provide supporting incentive mechanism.
