Research On The Construction Of E-government Under Service Oriented Government With The Concept Of "Internet+"

With the unfolding of the two sessions in 2015, Internet + is no longer just overt intelligence gathering but national strategy?In this setting,Internet + has not only affected every area of our lives but also put forward a higher requirement to our government. For that information network technology is the core of e-Government, it has always played an important role in the construction of a service-oriented government. So it will be a great problems pressing for solution for how to use the latest information network technology to make the close integration of e-governance construction and service-oriented government construction.E-governance and service-oriented government chase to answer the same questions that is how to provide better service for our people.E-governance is an effective means of service-oriented administration, and service-oriented administration can Indicate the right direction for E-governance. As for research method, this paper adopts the method of literature review, comparative analysis method, standard analysis method by analyzing e-governance construction and the characteristics in rural, and finding problems with inadequate. After learning and summarizing successful experience from other advanced countries, the author makes some advices about how to build the service-oriented government who has its own characteristics in our e-government construction. The article has five parts: The first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance including the research of the status quo at our country and abroad, the goals and the research methods used. The second chapter of this article involves three key contents: electronic government affairs, a service-oriented government, Internet +.And the author give a detailed introduction about the relationship between them. The third chapter analyzes the current statues of e-government and the deficiencies, and analyzing the reason of these weaknesses, and then made a theoretical exploration. The fourth chapter mainly summarized and analyzed the e-governance development of the United States, Britain and Canada. Learning from these advanced western countries and three cities in our country combing these experiences with the situation of our country. Finally, based on all the theories above, the author give some suggestions to our country about how to realize common development of service-oriented government and e-government under the background of Internet +.Based on the internal consistency of e-government and service government, by analyzing and absorbing the successful experience of advanced countries, the author want to find a right way to achieve further development in the development of e-governance and service-oriented government.
