Research On The Construction Of"internet+ Government Services" In Grass Roots Government

More than 50 years have passed since the birth of the Internet.As a technological product,the Internet has brought earth-shaking changes to our lives.Today,the Internet has entered the era of intelligence.The Internet is no longer a single technological product,but a thinking concept.With the increasing demand for government services from the masses,improving the level of government services has become a top priority.Therefore,it is particularly important to use Internet thinking to improve the level of government services.In-depth integration of government services and the Internet,resulting in a new type of government service model-"Internet+government services",combining the two is also an effective way to realize the transformation of service-oriented government.Therefore,the use of "Internet+government services" to accelerate the construction of a service-oriented government at the grassroots level has become a new direction for the management and reform of today’s grassroots government.This article uses the literature research method,comparative analysis method and questionnaire survey method to study the related concepts,development background and significance of"Internet + government services".Focusing on the grassroots government,through the analysis and reference of existing academic achievements,exploring the construction methods of grassroots government "Internet + government services" around the national policy guidelines and theoretical results.This paper analyzes the construction situation and construction elements of the "Internet+ government services" of the grassroots government in H County of Anqing.At the same time,based on a questionnaire survey of different groups of people,it analyzes the problems in the construction of the "Internet+government services" of the H County grassroots government.The research results show that in the construction of "Internet+government services" for grassroots governments,there are particularly problems such as the obstacles to sharing of government information,the level of online platform construction and the level of government service hall construction is not synchronized,the lack of professionals,and the incomplete supporting policies,etc.Using the comparative analysis method,by analyzing the successful cases of "Internet+government service" construction in Wuhou District of Chengdu,Liwan District of Guangzhou and the three-level government of Bozhou,Singapore,Jordan and other countries with high level of."e-government" constructionexperience,then it puts forward an effective path for grassroots government "Internet+government service" construction,that is,Improve the construction of the technology platform,improve the construction of the service hall for the people,focus on the construction of the talent team,and improve the system and mechanism construction.These four construction paths can provide a reference for the grassroots government to build"Internet+government services".
