Training, as the one of the most effective way to cultivate a high level of grassroots civil servants, has been widely used in the construction of civil servants in governments around the world, and gradually becomes the key to improve the government's ruling ability.In this paper, based on the reality of grassroots civil servants training work, combined with the analysis of satisfaction questionnaire survey for grassroots civil servants' training in Lunan district of Tangshan in Hebei province, concludes the problems existing in the training work of grassroots civil servants. Then, from the four aspects, such as practising a system of grassroots civil servants training outsourcing, introducing competition mechanism and the innovation mechanism of grassroots civil servants training content and methods, buildi ng grassroots civil servants training teachers library, establishing modern assessment of grassroots civil servants, this paper puts forward targeted Suggestions, in order to fundamentally improve the training effect of grassroots civil servants.
