This paper follows ask questions, analyze and solve the problem of path analysis,adhere to while working, study, practice side. This paper examines and analyzes the state county township leadership structure and situation assessment, research and analysis of the existing state county township leadership performance appraisal system and process problems and lead to deep-seated reasons for the existence of the problem.
