A Study On The Performance Evaluation Of Township Government Governance

The government has much function,such as supervising the market,macro regulation and control,social management,service for people.We need efficient governance ability constantly,which makes the government revolute all the time.It’s very important for revolution how to improve the government ability.The government of township faces many people who are parents of living and clothes.The force and weakness of the governance ability are linked to the level of the development in countryside.However,We should have a complete and scientific evaluation of efficiency in government.It’s very significant to improve governance ability in countryside.Therefore,What do we act according to circumstances.How do we set up the system of evaluation in most townships to adapt to the characteristics of townships.Does it have some disadvantages or problems in directions of evaluation,the struction of index,the methods of evaluation.This is the major problem for my essay.This essay uses many research methods,reference books.survey in township,collect results.I find some problems in theory about governance ability,then analyse some disadvantages and practical situation,finally I draw a conclusion.First,Chapter one,I give an abstract for the background and significance for the government performance evaluation at home and abroad.I put forward some suggestions and some disadvantages.It has much creative ideas.Next,Second chapters,I told you some concepts about the government performance.I analyse this problem from these aspects which conclude administer of government performance evaluation,the service in public,administer in county.I also put forward some disadvantages in China at present.Then,Third chapters,I analyse the direction of evaluation,the major people,the system of index,the programme methods for the government performance evaluation by these methods which conclude survey and talking,analyse datas.I put forward some disadvantages in the government performance evaluation.I analyse this problem and find out the reasons.Finally,Fourth chapters,I give some advice for these disadvantages and problems from these aspects,such as the rules of evaluation,the direction of evaluation,choose the main part for evaluation and so on.
