Corruption is the political ills of the body, as well as the Achilles heel of economic development, but also the social cancer people hated. China has a large number of officials, many of whom are corrupt officials. Our party and government has always been attaching great importance to the Official corruption issue. Recently,China has made great progress in anti-corruption, but there is a fact which we cant not deny is that the phenomenon of corruption is still very grim.The public system of officials property is always having the reputation as a weapon against corruption.More than one hundred years, it implemented smoothly in many overseas countries, playing an extremely important role in building a civilized government. This system has beening researched and discussed for as long as nearly 30 years in our country.But so far, Enforcement is not strong, the promotion effect is not significant.There is still a big gap between China's public system of officials property and what the people expected. Currently,the implementation of the public system of officials property faces many obstacles,the system design itself has certain flaw,what is more important lies in the system implementation.On the basis of existing research, combining with the new social dynamic, using the general legal research methods,widely collect and read a variety of articles and books. compare with advanced foreign country,summarize the success experience.Recalling the development of nearly thirty years, summing up the achievements and shortcomings that China has made.This paper try to analyze the unfavorable factors and strong conditions in the implementation of this system,and try to put forward some suggestions which are aimed to improve this system.We look forward to see our country's public system of officials property really play the role of the "sunshine act" liking most foreign countries as soon as possible.
