Comparative Research On The Legal System Of Public Servants' Declaration Of Properties And Interests Between Mainland China,Hong Kong,Macau And Taiwan

It's a new way to combat corruption that the legal system of declaration of assets and interests by public servants is an effective preventive step.In this way,all citizens can have the right to know and to supervise the government even participate in politics.To prevent and control corruption right from its very origin requires to combine legislation and punishment,which is of the utmost importance to the national clean political system.There are differences for the legal system of declaration of assets and interests by public servants in Mainland China?Hong Kong?Macau and Taiwan,however,legislating technological model and guarantee system of rights in these places have their characteristics and advantages more.Therefore by comparing all aspects of the system in Hong Kong ? Macau and Taiwan,Mainland China can gain experience to establish scientific property declaration system.The dissertation contains seven chapters.The preface summarizes the precedent studies and points,and clarifies the research methods and objects.Chapter two to six will focus on the comparing analysis of the introduction to the legislation?the subjects of declaration?the procedure of declaration?the supervisory mechanism?the right guarantee mechanism,and the experiences we can get.The last chapter summaries the content and innovation in this thesis,and the future works as well.
